Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are calculated using the following methods:
    • FREE shipping thresholds (Note: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and The Northern Mariana Islands are excluded from Free Shipping)
    • Flat rate shipping as shown at checkout
    • Quoted shipping rates based on Expedited Shipping service
  • Selected shipping rates and service speeds selected by customer at checkout will be used in order processing
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable when merchandise is returned
  • Shipping charges and policies may change at any time without notice

Expedited Shipping

  • If selecting an expedited ship method (such as Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, etc.), the order MUST be placed no later than 11:00 AM EST during our normal business hours of Monday – Friday for same-day shipping (no exceptions)
  • If submitted after 11:00 AM EST, the order will ship the next business day
  • Please note if placed on the weekend, a major or company holiday, or outside of our normal business hours, we will ship the next business day

Delivery Time

  • Our goal is to ship your gear as fast as we can! We aim to ship orders within 48 business hours of order placement
  • For standard ground shipping, orders will typically arrive within 7 business days from the date of shipping
  • Delivery arrival times are estimates ONLY and may change depending on ship-to-location, order volume, or other circumstances out of our control such as weather-related delays
  • Transit times could vary around national holidays or seasons where shipping volume is high

Shipping Carriers

  • Most orders are shipped through common ground carriers, such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS
  • All our gear leaves our warehouse facilities in new and unused condition. If your gear arrives damaged, or you received incorrect or missing items, please report the issue to our Customer Success team at customerservice@all-starsports.com within 5–10 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be honored

Shipping Restrictions

  • We can ship anywhere within the United States; however, we cannot ship internationally at this time
  • We cannot accommodate PO Box addresses, as our gear is typically too large to deliver to a PO Box
  • Our Big Fly Bat Tack Spray product is not eligible for expedited shipping and must ship via ground service
