All-Star is committed to providing the best products in the game. We know you push our gear to its' limits. That's why we offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects or premature failure on new products from the original date of purchase.
Our 1-year warranty period commences on the original date of purchase. It does NOT start when the gear first starts being used by the player.
Replacements are not guaranteed and will be determined based on a review by our product quality team. Your claim will be reviewed within 5-7 business days of receiving. Please note claims submitted with incomplete information will not be reviewed. All-Star Sporting Goods reserves the right to require additional information as needed to determine claim eligibility. You will be assigned a specific case# regarding your claim, and any communication is required to flow through that case#.
Please note, our limited warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear including cosmetic wear which changes the “original look” of the product (ex: color fade/discoloration, minor scratches/scuffs, logo wear). Cosmetic wear is expected and does not affect the performance of the product.
- Product damaged due to excessive collision, accident, negligence, fire, flooding, harsh chemicals, etc. These would not be considered product defects and not returnable under a product warranty claim.
- Product suspected to be, and/or is physically altered, abused, or tampered with
- Product purchased as “used”, “second-hand”, “demo” or “sample”
- Product claimed is different or inconsistent from the product listed on the original proof of purchase (ex: claimed item is the CM3000SBK style, original proof of purchase lists CM3000-34-RHT style)
- Falsified claims / falsified documentation on any item(s)
- Lost or stolen items
To maintain our quality and protection standards we require that you provide the following information so we can better understand the issue. The more information provided up front, the better our team can service your claim:
- Proof of purchase showing product(s) purchased, as well as the original purchase date
- Product model number, size and color
- Description of the problem and when/how it happened
- Pictures of the product & issue with 1 shot showing the item number – Pictures submitted must be clearly visible
- Shipping address for any replacement items that may be shipped
