For the most accurate sizing, it is recommended to use the players hat size, found by measuring the circumference of the players head, and then using the chart to the right to figure out the recommended model / size.

Catching helmets must fit securely for proper performance. If a player measures in between sizes, it is best to select the smaller size. Please contact our team for any questions regarding proper helmet adjustments and fitting.

BATTING HELMET SIZE & FIT

All-Star batting helmet sizes correlate to the wearer's hat size as shown below. Batting helmets should fit securely (can't swing for the fence with your helmet rattling around) and should sit just above the eyebrows with the back of the skull fully covered.
